Scripps Ranch resident and author Dena Mangiamele will be hosting a book signing for her book, Dena’s Fuel For Fitness: Moving From Animal-based Grub to Plant-based Fuel, at the Scripps Ranch Swim and Racquet Club and also offering tasty vegan samples. Come meet Dena on July 9 from 7 to 9 p.m.!

The Scripps Ranch Farmers Market has recently added three new farmers to its weekly lineup — Calafia Farms, Meza Ranch, and Rancho de los Sueños of Javier Escobedo, each offering fresh, organic produce or juices. Stop by the farmers market every Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10380 Spring Canyon Rd.




Soccer lovers can head to Ballast Point Brewery‘s Old Grove location during the 2018 FIFA World Cup to watch matches while enjoying the wide selection of delicious craft beers, the recently opened pizza kitchen, and food specials from countries around the world. The finals are on July 15.
